Synopsis: Follow the adventures of the infamous Giacomo Girolamo Casanova de Seingalt as he plies his amorous trade through the bedrooms and canals of 18th century Venice. Though not a very historically accurate period movie it does a good job of protraying the innocent ease with which Casanova captured the hearts of ladies.

Filled with humorous caricatures, such as the Genoese sausage manufacturer Paprizzio, and with inummerable Casanovan escapes from enraged fathers and Church officials, this period piece is sure to delight anyone who enjoys laughing at the follies of human courtship.
